Are all items authentic?
Yes! Every item comes directly from James Haskell’s personal collection. No third-party sellers, no replicas — just genuine gear from the man himself.
Can I get a certificate of authenticity (COA)?
A small number of items come with official Certificates of Authenticity from England Rugby. Where this applies, it will be clearly stated in the product description.
What does the Polaroid option include?
If you choose the Polaroid option, you’ll receive a physical photo of James holding your exact item before it’s shipped. It’s a great way to establish provenance and visual proof of authenticity — ideal for collectors or gifting.
Are the items signed?
Some items are already signed by James or even by full squads. If you’d like your item signed, simply add the Signature option from the Authentication tab to your basket and we’ll get it done before dispatch.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow 2–3 business days for us to process and pack your order. We use Shopify Shipping, which offers reliable tracked delivery — exact timings and courier info will be shown at checkout and emailed to you once your parcel’s on the way. Please allow an extra 2-3 business days for framed memorabilia, we are working with higher end couriers for these special items to ensure a smooth delivery.
How much is shipping, and is it tracked?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the item’s size. All orders over £200 qualify for free tracked shipping automatically.
Are these match-worn items?
Some are match-worn, some are match-issued, and others are rare collector’s pieces. We recommend checking the photos and product descriptions closely for signs of wear or special details.
